During a workshop at the July 20 meeting, the HOWE ISD Board of Trustees discussed development of a CW (Local) naming policy that would set guidelines for naming district facilities or portions of facilities. Superintendent Ritchie Bowling presented the topic and invited feedback; board members offered input on policy parameters and suggested revisions.
