The Township's codified ordinance book has not been updated since 2022 and does not reflect ordinances adopted since that date. On July 13, 2026, Committee members reviewed two estimates: $7,570 to update the general code and $10,945 to codify land development/Land Use Board provisions (combined approximately $18,000). On motion by Committeeman Mazza and second by Deputy Mayor Baley, the Committee voted to proceed with codification by roll call (Baley – Yes; Mazza – Yes; Starrs – Yes; Shipps – Yes).
