At the Feb. 9 meeting staff provided an HR Green project status update in Melissa’s absence: the Sunstop site is in review and HR Green has submitted engineering notes to the developer but has not yet received responses. Staff characterized the matter as a typical back-and-forth review between a city engineer and a developer and said they presume activity is occurring but await formal replies.
