The Penfield Town Board unanimously approved Resolution 26T-146 on Aug. 19 to accept dedication of a pond in the Rockco Pines development and to convey maintenance responsibility to the parks department and the townwide drainage arrangements. Staff reported that parks, engineering and DPW had inspected the pond, found no deficiencies, and that mowing/maintenance responsibilities are defined in existing covenants and the subdivision plat.
