The Yarmouth Conservation Commission on Aug. 20 approved a request allowing hand raking of seaweed at 23 Bay Row, subject to limits that the work occur above the fence line and at most twice per week. The permit was issued as a negative‑2 determination with conditions requiring removal only above the fence and that any material removed be composted or taken offsite rather than left on the dry sand.
