Mark Rafail presented a motion to place a resolution on the July 14 agenda authorizing Fayette County's participation in the Commonwealth's Broadband Ready Communities (BBRC) Program. Commissioners Harry Dutch Kaufman and Vince Vicites moved and seconded the motion; Chairman Scott Dunn and both commissioners voted yes and the motion passed unanimously.
