Meagan Quaderer, Bayfield County Emergency Management/PSAP Director, told the Executive Committee there was not clear consensus among local EMS services on the best path forward and recommended soliciting a request for proposals (RFP). The RFP would determine whether regional providers could supply a timely, cost-effective safety-net for EMS services in the county.
