Sheila Harris, district extension administrator, presented Jennifer as the county’s sole candidate for the full‑time Texas A&M AgriLife Extension 4‑H agent post and thanked the commissioners for supporting the program. "If approved this will be take effective on November the 1st," Harris said, introducing Jennifer to the court and noting her background as a former 4‑H member and her ongoing graduate studies.
