Court approves routine transfers, payroll, contracts and appointments; opioid settlement tabled

At the Dec. 2 meeting the Harrison County Commissioners Court approved a set of routine fiscal and administrative motions — including a Road & Bridge line‑item transfer, payment of $487,900 in bills, payroll, multiple contracts and several appointments — and tabled the opioid settlement item pending clearer documentation.
