Commissioner Cindy Holdren told the commission that existing housing data posed challenges for the planning effort and that she and Chairperson Kasey Grier may perform a drive-by assessment of derelict and abandoned housing to collect current observations. The commission agreed that on-the-ground checks would supplement imperfect datasets.
