Consultants from OM Advisers updated the Canal Winchester City Council committee of the whole on Sept. 29, 2025, saying the zoning-code rewrite is about “midway through the process.” Kim Littleton, an OM Advisers consultant, led the presentation and described three deliverables already completed: a diagnostic audit of the current code, a calibration table to align the code with the community plan, and draft maps translating future land‑use categories into proposed zoning districts.
