Commission backs edit to street design standards to remove obsolete STRC reference

The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of Ordinance 2026-09 to amend the Construction & Design Standards, Part I (Street Design), removing references to the Subdivision Technical Review Committee (STRC) that no longer exists. Staff told commissioners the Municipal Code now relies on an Administrative Land Use Authority for approvals, prompting the code cleanup.
