The Tyler County Commissioners Court approved a minor subdivision for Piny Creek Ranchets in Precinct 3, clearing blocks A, B and C. Commissioners thanked the applicant, referred to as "Mr. G," for working through engineering reviews and noted county staff will continue to shepherd the project through necessary steps.
