City engineer reports progress on multiple Needville infrastructure and development projects

City Engineer Jeremy Davis of Kaluza reported the status of principal infrastructure projects underway in Needville. Key items include completed construction drawings for the City Hall parking lot (ditch work remaining), bid-package preparation for Gin Street and the City Hall alley waterlines, near-complete citywide sanitary sewer televising, TxDOT contractor installation of drainage culverts and asphalt base on State Highway 36 utility work, and the Richmond Street mobility bond ILA that council approved at the meeting.
