Committee considers creating SOP for sewer-camera inspections as use grows

Committee members observed that sewer-camera (video) inspections have become common and that there is no uniform SOP governing how cameras are used, what findings are reportable and how enforcement should proceed when camera-based work is done poorly. Tony described raising the issue with a field expert and suggested the committee consider an optional SOP to set guardrails on competency and reporting for sewer-camera work.
