The full story

Sheridan County commissioners on June 2 approved a series of land‑use actions recommended by staff and the Planning & Zoning Commission. County planner Mark Reed presented the Zler lot‑size variance (B26002): the applicant sought to reduce a parcel from about 8.46 acres to 7.65 acres to enable a boundary‑line adjustment; the planning commission recommended approval 4–0 subject to documentation and county recording requirements, and the board approved the variance after a public hearing with no commenters.
