Spencer County Fiscal Court approved multiple contracts and transfers Aug. 17: $2,500 for KIPA mapping assistance, $3,510 to hire professional movers for election equipment, $15,846 for two steel plates to reopen a damaged culvert, up to $20,000 for QK4 engineering services, $32 per prisoner detention contract, and several personnel pay/probation actions.
