Assessors approve covenant applications, releases and multiple digest change requests
The board approved continuation and new conservation covenant applications, approved several covenant releases, and accepted Digest Change Requests (E&R/NOD) for both real estate and personal property accounts, including CenturyLink and local businesses.

The Paulding County Board of Tax Assessors approved a group of covenant continuation and new covenant applications and authorized several releases of conservation covenants. Staff presented the owner names, account numbers and acreage for each application; Member Lydia Rollins moved to approve staff recommendations for continuation applications and Member Gary Spinks moved to approve additional covenant applications and releases. Both motions passed unanimously.
