The Village of Richmond board approved an ordinance amending Chapter 15 Traffic, Section 15.12(a) Parking Hours of the Richmond Municipal Code during its Oct. 16 meeting. President Toni Wardanian presented the ordinance; Trustee Frank Peiler moved and Trustee Lauri Cook seconded.
