Chief Financial Officer Darrell St. Clair presented a budget-amendment item that included Budget vs. Actual, tax collections, the investment report and check register as part of the finance update. "Move to approve the budget amendment as presented," the minutes state; Kelvin Raven moved the motion and Shawn Koonce seconded it. The motion passed with six yeas, zero nays, and one absence.
