Committee votes to continue Preservation of Error and Harmless Error workgroups
The Administrative Law Advisory Committee voted to continue two workgroups—Preservation of Error Doctrine and Harmless Error Doctrine—with the same leadership as in 2025 after a motion moved by John Daniel and approved by voice vote.

The committee formally entered into the record that it will continue both the Preservation of Error Doctrine Workgroup and the Harmless Error Doctrine Workgroup with the same leadership as in 2025. "Formally enter into our record that we will continue with Preservation of Error Doctrine Workgroup and the Harmless Error Doctrine Workgroup with the same leadership as we had in 2025," the chair said as he described the motion on the floor.
