Team agrees on Procore-based PCO/PCCO workflow and to circulate change-order template for legal review

May 19, 2026

Contractor will use Procore to track potential change orders (PCO) and produce PCCO/AIA documents for formal approvals; a blank PCCO will be shared for legal review and signature page printing, and discussions will define thresholds for commissioner-level approval.

The full story

Contractor staff walked the group through the change-order workflow built around Procore: potential change orders (PCOs) will be logged and discussed at the PCO level and then wrapped into a PCCO/AIA cover sheet for formal approval and signatures. "That's a change order document that generates from it," the contractor said when describing the PCCO generation; the contractor offered to share a blank PCCO template for county legal review so any supplemental language could be added before finalizing the printed signature pages.
