The Planning Board reapproved a site-plan authorization on June 25 after staff confirmed the original permit lapsed because it was not pulled within the six-month timeframe. Julie Tit of Machu Architects told the board this action is "essentially a reapproval" and confirmed the reapproval does not substitute for the original approval.
