The board reviewed two phone-system proposals: Zultys (10,000 minutes/month; one-time config fee $834.98; monthly $284.32) and Northern Computers (installation and setup plus remote/on-site support). The board authorized Supervisor Scott Doyle to sign the Northern Computers proposal: one-time configuration fee of $375 and a monthly fee of $350 for 36 months, to be charged to budget line A5132.4 Garage Contractual via Resolution 107.
