County staff told the board Aug. 19 they will pursue action under the unsafe-building law for two properties that have been on the agenda for years: the Big Ox property and a Terrell Road parcel. For Terrell Road the health department has already identified trash requiring cleanup; for the Big Ox property staff reported difficulty serving the owner and will proceed by publication before a public hearing.
