The Town Board rescinded Resolution 142 of 2025 and resolved to keep the First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) credit card open for town business where a revolving account is practical. The resolution removes former Highway Superintendent Patrick Mahar as an authorized user and adds Highway Superintendent Daniel Moshier and Supervisor Scott Doyle as authorized users, with use governed by the Town of Denmark Credit Card Policy.
