Dennis Riley, who manages properties for the Donna J. Mitchell Living Trust, told the magistrate he has been working to remove vehicles and remediate the site at 86005 Cardinal Road. Code Enforcement Officer Travis Taylor reported progress but said the property still had outstanding violations, including an over-height fence without proper permits and inoperable vehicles.
