Commission staff reported that the H&H analysis for the Lambert Fiser Pap Road land development confirms the proposed building footprint is outside the mapped 1% (100‑year) floodplain and that Gateway Engineers issued a letter of satisfaction. Commissioners sought clarification on illumination: the township ordinance requires parking‑lot illumination and commissioners recommended wall‑pack lighting by building entrances to meet the one‑foot‑candle standard and address resident concerns about excessive lighting.
