The Nippenose Township Board of Supervisors acknowledged receipt of paperwork for a road-bonding permit submitted by Oak Ridge Lumber for River Mill and Old Fort Road at the Sept. 9 meeting. The filing listed an amount written as $22.500; board members said some documents remained outstanding and Secretary Sherry Pittenger will contact Oak Ridge Lumber to request the missing paperwork.
