Borough Manager Mrs. Novinger told the Milton Borough Council that the final scope of work (SOW) and request for proposals (RFP) for a consultant to prepare a Master Site Plan for the Brown Ave Park Complex are under review by the Borough’s grant administrator with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). She said the Borough will advertise the RFP once DCNR gives final approval.
