The Historic Preservation Commission voted Nov. 13 to adopt a draft historic artifact display policy that sets out mission, acquisition and deaccession procedures, and a collections committee to manage Springdale’s artifacts. Commissioners said the policy is a necessary framework for any future history center and for handling donations responsibly.
