An agenda item on the city's water exchange program was listed but not discussed at the Aug. 18 meeting; staff noted the City Attorney was present on the agenda item but it was deferred.

The agenda included an item titled 'Water Exchange Program' (Corbin Gordon, City Attorney) that would have discussed rules allowing culinary water to be used for irrigation in limited circumstances. That item was not taken up at the meeting and was deferred to a future agenda. Melissa Jones (Community Development Admin) left the meeting at 7:51 p.m.
