Chairperson Elaine DiMonte informed the Board that Supervisor Stumpo had resigned due to prolonged illness. Township Manager Neil D. Vaughn read Stumpos formal resignation letter aloud to the Board and public; DiMonte moved to accept the resignation effective Feb. 23, 2026, Retzlaff seconded, and the motion passed 2-0.
