The Board appointed a multi-stakeholder task force to update the Township Comprehensive Plan, naming elected officials, planning commissioners, committee representatives and residents; the effort follows execution of a Vision Partnership Program Grant contract.

Vice Chair Sandra Retzlaff said the Township will begin updating its Comprehensive Plan after the Vision Partnership Program Grant contract is executed and that a task force will include Township professionals, committee volunteers, elected officials and staff. The Board appointed Sandra Retzlaff (Board of Supervisors); Mickey Bailey and Paul Cardell (Planning Commission); John Hedrick (Historical Committee); Mark Agostini (Parks, Recreation & Trails Committee); residents David Carlick, Andrea Gosselin and Clare Milliner; and Township Manager Neil D. Vaughn to the Comprehensive Plan Update Task Force. Chair Elaine DiMonte seconded the motion and it passed 2-0.
