The Planning Commission chair, Victor Evans, presented a structured timetable to review and rewrite the county’s zoning ordinance. Evans said the commission would tackle the ordinance in articles (1–9), add extra monthly work sessions and use public hearings as needed, with the goal of producing a draft the commission could send to the board for adoption consideration in 2027.
