The Nevada Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the minutes of its Dec. 16, 2025 meeting during the Jan. 20, 2026 regular meeting. Commissioner Rex Adams made the motion to approve the minutes and Commissioner Travis Wilson seconded; the record states the "motion carried unanimously." The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. and Chairman Russell Newton was not present.
