The board approved Noah Thomas Samuel as a member of the Nevada Economic Development Corporation on Jan. 13, 2026. Director/Secretary Russell Newton moved for Samuel's appointment and Treasurer Walt Newell seconded; the motion passed with a recorded vote of 4 yeas and 0 nays.
