Attorney: USDA ROW dockets near completion; map and engineer info needed

At the meeting Attorney Ryan Connor said he is working on the USDA right-of-way dockets and that a street map is the last item needed to complete the filings. "He needs a map of the streets and that is the last step for the ROW," the minutes record.
