How to comment on Spokane’s draft plan: email, story map or postcards
City staff outlined three ways residents can submit input on draft chapters and the Future Land Use Map: email ([email protected]), pin-and-comment on the online story map at PlanSpokane.org, or mail a pre-addressed postcard available at City Hall; staff said written comments have no time limit, hearings and verbal testimony are time-limited.

Casey, a planning staff presenter, told the council how residents can engage with the Comprehensive Plan update and where to find chapter review materials. Staff asked the public to use the chapter review page at PlanSpokane.org and the Future Land Use story map to place pins and submit location-specific comments.
