A trustee moved to enter executive session “pursuant to 5 ilcs 12202 C1 to discuss pending litigation,” and the motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously: Trustee Gillis, Trustee Vasquez, Trustee Brennan, Trustee Johnson, Trustee Bachner and President Aduy were recorded as voting 'yes.' The board indicated it will adjourn after executive session and will not return to open session.
