Committee members reported on a Jan. 22 joint meeting with the Affordable and Fair Housing Committee and on preliminary steps toward a modeling study of the Easthampton portion of the Barnes aquifer. A researcher from UMass and city council representation participated in the discussion and Patty will draft proposal language tying a modeling project to a larger grant application.
