Code preserves appeals rights and authorizes county enforcement actions

Box Elder County’s code outlines both administrative appeal paths and enforcement tools. For sign-permit decisions, the code provides that “Any person adversely affected by a final decision of the Zoning Administrator regarding a sign permit may appeal that decision to the Board of Adjustment as provided in Section 2-2-180190 of this Code.” The lot-line adjustment subsection likewise preserves appeal rights to the Hearing Officer for persons adversely affected by a Zoning Administrator decision.
