The Town of Elbridge Planning Board called two site‑plan agenda items at its Feb. 11 meeting but took no action because the applicants were not present. The board listed a site‑plan application for Anthony Demarco for 231 Route 5 (three‑unit) and a separate site‑plan item for Mattessich Iron at 1484 Route 31; both items were recorded as "applicant did not appear."
