During line-by-line review, staff identified multiple spreadsheet and calculation errors that must be corrected before final budget adoption. "The retirement is just off by the calculation didn't carry over into the budget," a staff member said, noting the retirement figure on page 118 was incorrect even though the underlying salary was right. Staff also flagged a minor salary discrepancy on page 70 that would cost less than $10 to fix.
