Board approves TIP Amendment No. 6, adding Lawrence Loop segment, 23rd & Mass intersection and countywide guardrail project

Amendment No. 6 to the 2025–28 Transportation Improvement Program was adopted unanimously; it adds three new projects (Lawrence Loop — 7th Street to Constant Park; the City of Lawrence's 23rd & Mass intersection; and a countywide guardrail safety improvement program) and amends six other projects.
