At the Dec. 18 regular meeting, the Comanche ISD Board of Trustees voted to authorize the superintendent to execute a professional services agreement with E3 Entegral Solutions for an HVAC replacement and an energy efficiency and conservation project. "Motion by Member Joel Luker Second by Member Mike Furlong to designate authority to the Superintendent to execute a professional service agreement with E3 Entegral Solutions for HVAC Replacement and Energy Efficiency and Conservation Project," the minutes record. The motion passed For: 6, Against: 0, Abstain: 0, Absent: 1 (Davis).
