Damon ISD approves Region 4 RISE support agreement for STAAR grades
Trustees approved a Region 4 Services Agreement for RISE instructional support covering Math and RLA STAAR/EOC-tested grades (June 19, 2026–Aug. 30, 2027); the contract documents show an initial $0 charge but include an estimated program value of $350,000 and a clause allowing billing if district participation requirements are unmet.

The Damon ISD Board of Trustees voted July 16 to approve a services agreement with Region 4 Education Service Center to provide RISE (Rapid Instructional Systems Enhancement) district-level support intended for Math and RLA STAAR/EOC-tested grades. Trustee Jason Soileau moved to approve the agreement; the motion passed unanimously.
