On first reading the Board approved a package of policy additions, revisions and deletions (items under agenda 9.H) but removed FA (Local) — Parent Rights and Responsibilities — from first-reading consideration. Trustee Todd LeCompte moved to approve the policy list while postponing FA (Local) to allow the superintendent to provide additional details on how the district administers surveys and facilitates parent engagement. Trustee Christine Kalmbach seconded; the motion carried 5–2.
