The Community ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to adopt the district’s 2026–27 budget after holding the required public hearing. Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations Nathan Heflin presented the proposed budget during the hearing; the motion to adopt was made by Jessica Foster and seconded by Jeff Cox, and the vote was 7–0.
