The Deweyville ISD Board of Trustees voted June 15 to adopt a package of localized policy changes offered by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) under Update 127. The approved changes include revisions to BJCF(LOCAL) (Superintendent—nonrenewal), CAA(LOCAL) (fiscal management and ethics), DC(LOCAL) (employment practices), DH(LOCAL) (employee standards of conduct), DP/DPA/DPB(LOCAL) (personnel positions, including principals and other personnel), EHBB(LOCAL) (gifted and talented) and FFF(LOCAL) (student safety).
